Start. Get Ready. Go Further.
The Victory Business Journey: a three-level advisory framework designed around where your organization is today and where it needs to go next.
Matched to organizational maturity, not budget.
Assess, select, diagnose, recommend, support.
United States and Ghana.
Clear Scope. Clear Investment.
The goal is to match the level of investment to the maturity, complexity and support needs of each organization.
Starting Price
The published scope covers a standard engagement within the defined package. Larger or more complex organizations receive a customized quotation.
Implementation
Where Victory Consults is engaged to implement recommendations over an extended period, implementation support is quoted separately or structured as a monthly advisory retainer.
Multi-Location Work
Additional branches, sites, departments or extensive stakeholder interviews may increase the engagement fee.
Third-Party Costs
Government filing fees, state registration charges, business and professional license fees, IRS 501(c)(3) user fees, travel, software and specialist legal/tax/accounting costs are not included in Victory Consults' professional fees unless expressly stated. These costs are paid separately by the client.
Payment Structure
For project work, a mobilization payment may be required before commencement, with the balance linked to agreed milestones or final delivery.
Regulated Advice
Where licensed legal, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice is required, Victory Consults may provide readiness/coordination support and recommend an appropriately qualified professional.

Professional fees vs. regulatory costs
Victory Consults' professional advisory, assessment, documentation support, recommendations and other services specifically included in the selected Victory Start, Victory Ready or Victory Go scope.
Regulatory and government charges can vary by jurisdiction, entity type and filing method, and may change over time. Separating them keeps the Victory Consults fee clear while ensuring clients pay only the statutory or third-party costs that apply to their specific organization.
Final quotations will identify any known external costs applicable to the agreed scope.
- State formation, registration and annual filing fees
- Business, professional and other license fees
- IRS filing/user fees, including applicable 501(c)(3) application fees for nonprofits
- Other federal, state or local regulatory charges
- Third-party legal, tax, accounting, software, travel or specialist costs where required
